All community gain commitments associated with the original ABR Project planning permission have been fully delivered, including:

• The transfer of lands at Bull Island to Dublin City Council
• Funding for feasibility and masterplanning studies on Bull Island
• Providing a €1 million contribution toward facilities arising from those studies

No additional community gain measures are proposed as the ABR2 Project does not introduce new development beyond previously permitted works. Ultimately the scope and size of the ABR2 Project is significantly reduced from that originally proposed.
